OUR MANAGEMENT
Joan Varrone is an experienced CFO with hi tech companies in the Bay Area. Ms Varrone boasts 20 years of experience as a CFO, has led an IPO and raised over $100M in venture capital and debt financing. She also led Financial Planning and Treasury at large multinationals.
Ms Varrone's experience encompasses Pre Revenue to Revenue, Pre IPO to IPO, Turnaround to Successful Exit as well as at rapidly growing companies.
OUR EDUCATION
BA in Mathematics, MS Statistics Purdue University, MBA Finance- NYU. She is also very active in the finance community having founded two finance organizations in the Bay Area and is a current board member and past president of the Bay Area Chapter of Financial Executives International.
